    Specialist retailers and resellers should contact the distributor from whom the FRITZ! product was purchased.
  • Proof of warranty is available (proof of purchase or bill of delivery to the first end customer).
    We do not accept proof of purchase for used devices (for example from eBay) as proof of warranty.
  • Serial number of your FRITZ! product is available
