Terms and conditions for the FRITZ! Jump'N'Run prize draw
This prize draw is run by FRITZ.com GmbH (hereafter ‘FRITZ.com’), Alt-Moabit 95, 10559 Berlin, Germany. For more details, see Imprint.
The prize draw begins on 07 September 2026 with the publication of the terms and conditions and ends on 11 October 2026 at 23:59 (CET).
Requirements for participating in the prize draw
Prerequisites for participating in the prize draw is that the participant has played the game through in full at https://fritz.com/es-es/collections/gaming-2026, i.e., successfully completed all three levels, and has signed up for or already subscribed to the FRITZ! newsletter. Sign-up for the newsletter is complete if the confirmation mail (double opt-in) has been confirmed by the entrant. The subscription to the newsletter must run until at least 25 October 2026. If the entrant unsubscribes before 25 October 2026, they are excluded from entering the prize draw.
Raffle and prizes
A total of three FRITZ!Repeater 2700 devices will be raffled off to three different winners. The drawing will take place by 25 October 2026 via a software-assisted random selection among all eligible participants. Prizes will be shipped only within Spain.
Conditions of entry
The entrant must be a natural person aged 18 or over who resides in Spain. Employees of the FRITZ! Group and their immediate families, as well as persons living in the same household, are excluded from entry. Participation is free of charge and independent of the purchase of goods or services.
Each entrant may enter the prize draw only once. Multiple entries or (technical) manipulation will lead to exclusion from the prize draw. FRITZ.com reserves the right to disqualify any participants who violate the terms and conditions of participation (e.g., by attempting to influence the contest through technical manipulation or multiple entries). In case of disqualification and/or violation of these terms and conditions, prizes may be subsequently withdrawn or reclaimed.
After the entry deadline, the winners will be drawn from all of the correct entries by a randomizer program. The winners will be notified by email via the email addresses specified in the respective entries. If a selected winner does not respond within seven days of the date of contact or refuses the prize, FRITZ.com reserves the right to select another entrant at random from the remaining eligible entries. Should it not be possible to send the prize notification to the email address specified by the entrant (e.g. inbox is full), FRITZ.com reserves the right to give the prize to another entrant. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable. If a prize is unavailable for reasons beyond FRITZ.com's control, FRITZ.com reserves the right to substitute it with another prize of equal value. FRITZ.com is not liable for technical or other problems beyond its control.
Data privacy
The personal data collected for the prize draw will be used for the purposes of the prize draw; Art. 6 (1b) of the GDPR (fulfilling of contract). I note that through my voluntary consent to receive the newsletter, my data will also be used to send me personalized offers and information; Art. 6 (1a) of the GDPR (consent). I can withdraw the consent I gave upon registering for the newsletter at any time via the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every newsletter. More information can be found in the privacy policy.
Legal notice
FRITZ.com reserves the right to modify or prematurely end the prize draw for good cause. Good cause includes technical malfunctions, manipulation of the prize draw, official orders, or similar events that interfere with or prevent the proper conduct of the prize draw. Participants’ existing rights to participate and claims remain unaffected by this, provided that maintaining them is legally permissible and practically feasible.
To the extent permitted by law, legal action in connection with conducting the prize draw is excluded. The prize draw is subject to only the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Consumers are also subject to the mandatory consumer protection regulations of their respective country of residence, where applicable. Should any provision of these conditions of entry be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
Shipping
Prizes will only be sent within Spain. Entrants with a shipping address outside of Spain have no claim to a prize or compensation, in the event of their winning a prize.
By participating in the prize draw, entrants accept these terms and conditions.
