Updating FRITZ!OS of the FRITZ!Repeater
You can either install the latest FRITZ!OS for your FRITZ!Repeater using the user interface of the Mesh Master (FRITZ!Box or FRITZ!Repeater) or the user interface of the FRITZ!Repeater.
1 Using the Mesh Master's user interface to update
- Click on 'Home Network' in the user interface of the Mesh Master.
- Click on 'Mesh' in the 'Home Network' menu.
- If available, click on 'Search for updates' on the bottom right.
- If a FRITZ!OS update is found, click on 'Update' or 'Perform update' next to the respective FRITZ!Repeater.
2 Using the user interface of the FRITZ!Repeater to update
- Click on 'System' in the user interface of the FRITZ!Repeater.
- Click on 'Update' in the 'System' menu.
- Click on the 'FRITZ!OS Version' tab.
- Click on the 'Find New FRITZ!OS' button.
- Click on the 'Start Update' button.
