Your orders are processed very quickly in an automated process. Therefore, cancelling or changing the orders is unfortunately not possible. Should you no longer require a device, you can return the ordered device free of charge after receiving it. If you wish to purchase further devices, simply submit another order.

Your invoice is created automatically upon receipt of your order and cannot be changed thereafter, unfortunately.

Yes, as soon as your package is shipped you receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number that you can use to track your package online. This package tracking is also displayed in your customer account.


We ship our products to domestic and international customers with DHL and its partners.

You can return items you ordered in our online shop free of charge within 30 days of shipping. Simply request a post-paid return label via our returns portal.

As soon as your return shipment has arrived at our logistics centre and has been inspected, the purchase price will be reimbursed by means of the payment method used for purchase.

Yes, you will receive a confirmation by email as soon as your return shipment arrives. You will also receive an email once we have inspected your shipment. This email will also include information about your reimbursement.


No, the return shipment is free for 30 days after the item was sent. We cover the postage and processing costs.

After your email address has been confirmed, the discount code is sent to you automatically in a second email. It can take up to 30 minutes for the second email to be sent.
