Shipping policy

(1) The delivery times specified by us are calculated from the date of the order confirmation, provided the purchase price has been paid in advance (except for invoice purchases, e.g. via Klarna). If no delivery time or no differing delivery time is specified for the respective goods in our online shop, it is generally 1-2 working days (Monday to Saturday) for deliveries within Germany. 

(2) The following delivery restrictions apply: The Provider only delivers to Customers who have their habitual residence (billing address and delivery address) in one of the countries selectable at the time of the order.

(3) The corresponding shipping costs – if applicable – are stated for the Customer in the order process and the order form and are to be borne by the Customer.

(4) The goods are shipped by parcel service (carrier at the Provider’s choice, usually DHL). The Provider bears the risk of loss or damage during shipping if the Customer is a consumer.

With its compact form, the FRITZ!Smart Energy 201 can be used in practically any socket without blocking adjacent sockets. The simple design blends in subtly with every home environment.

At the same time, the FRITZ!Smart Energy 201 is particularly energy-efficient: Its energy consumption remains below 0.2 W. This means that you optimize the energy consumption in your home network without consuming resources unnecessarily.

Saving energy even smarter

With the FRITZ!Smart Energy 201 you can detect every opportunity to save energy in your home network. The precise energy measurement tells you exactly how much your devices are consuming, and with the FRITZ!App Smart Home you can monitor your energy consumption at all times. The improved hardware now enables you to safely and reliably control even devices with high energy consumption of up to 3680 W (16 A).

Create individual routines and scenes and have your devices switched intelligently. As you would expect from FRITZ!, configuration and operation are particularly easy and convenient.

Automatic updates, support and data security: FRITZ! has got it

Your FRITZ!Smart devices receive regular automatic updates with new functions and improved security. FRITZ! means something special: FRITZ!Smart Energy 201 comes with long product maintenance. Automation and the control of the FRITZ! Smart Home are performed with the FRITZ!Box; if desired, access from on the go is possible, for instance with the FRITZ!App Smart Home.
