Shipping policy

(1) The delivery times specified by us are calculated from the date of the order confirmation, provided the purchase price has been paid in advance (except for invoice purchases, e.g. via Klarna). If no delivery time or no differing delivery time is specified for the respective goods in our online shop, it is generally 1-2 working days (Monday to Saturday) for deliveries within Germany. 

(2) The following delivery restrictions apply: The Provider only delivers to Customers who have their habitual residence (billing address and delivery address) in one of the countries selectable at the time of the order.

(3) The corresponding shipping costs – if applicable – are stated for the Customer in the order process and the order form and are to be borne by the Customer.

G.fast – fiber optic speed via the phone line

With the FRITZ!Box 7682 you're well prepared for the future: This FRITZ!Box model supports G.fast for connections with up to 1 Gbit/s and VSDL and 35b supervectoring for up to 300 Mbit/s. This means that the high fiber optic speed reaches the apartment via the existing copper lines.

The 2.5-gigabit WAN/LAN port also allows you to surf at top speeds on the fiber optic modem.
